HOW IT WORKS
It can be daunting knowing what to expect when it comes to needing a new carpet or flooring.
So here's a step by step guide on what you can expect from The Carpet People!

Step 1:Â Contact us
You can call our office anytime Mon-Fri to speak to us directly or leave a message.on weekdays. Alternatively send us an email or facebook message. Let us know what you're looking for and we'll go from there!

Step 2- Estimate
We'll arrange a time to and visit, have a look, take measurements and discuss your requirements.
Tell us what you're looking for!

Step 3- Choosing your carpet/flooring
Based on your carpet and flooring needs we'll pick a few pattern books which contain samples best suited for you. We'll then leave them with you for you to make your final decision.

Step 4- Sending you a quote
Once you've made your final decision, let us know and we'll send you a quote for the costs. This will be based on the carpet/flooring you choose and how much we need to order. Once you're happy, it's time to place your order. As a side note, we tend to email across your quote rather than a physical copy to stay eco-friendly!

Step 5- Ordering your carpet/flooring
Once everyone's happy we'll get in touch with the suppliers and order your flooring. They will give us a delivery time and from there we can discuss the best time to come and fit your flooring.

Step 6-Time to fit your carpet/flooring
We'll let you know how long it will take for your flooring to be fitted and when the day arrives our expert carpet fitters will be there, ensuring you get the quality service you deserve. It's as simple as that! You now have a brand new luxurious carpet.

Step 7- Going the extra mile
As well as fitting your new carpet we'll remove and dispose of your old flooring. If you let us know in advance we'll arrange for your furniture to be removed so you don't have to.Â
